“Family raised beagle puppies” in Monroe, North Carolina for over 30 yrs we have bred for House pet Beagles, and indoor companions.
( currently we have our very last litter we will have here in NC. Miss C. really is retiring this time LOL.
there are 7 puppies 3 girls are now claimed, there are 2 boys and 2 girls left as of 3/23/25.
We live out in the countryside above a neighbor’s pond, on a hillside covered in large Oak trees, our spoiled beagles enjoy a good life in our little Log Cabin way off the road.

We skipped Breeding during 2024 and this will be our last litter as Miss C. retires from breeding. We will still Board for our customers who Travel , they love knowing their family member will be treated like one of ours… since in fact, they were !!

son Cody helps take care of our pups as they grow up here in our home, one on one time with human care givers really makes a big difference in their perception of being a social member of your family.
This Monroe family found us and got one of our pups a few years ago, coming out during Covid , we met out in our shady driveway on adoption day..
when they go to the Beach or travel they bring her back to us to watch her !

he is so smart and has been the first to learn about going over to use the paper / wee wee pads so quickly after just learning to walk! The first few weeks we have to round the clock clean up after them and change sheets / bedding until they learn this, at which point we just replace the wee wee pads as they use them.
This chocolate girl, “Mocha”, has already been claimed by her family!
Mocha is very inquisitive and likes to make eye contact when you come near their puppy play box in our living room, ready to be picked up (which she loves)!
We are keeping this khaki mini girl!

This litter will be 8 weeks old April 9th and start going home before Easter just in time to spend the Holiday with a new addition to your Pack !
For those who need an extended stay beyond 8 weeks, we offer reduced rate boarding to cover the additional food, wee wee pads, additional puppy boosters,worming, and time involved in caring for your puppy past when the litter goes home at 8 wks, and someone else could have adopted them.
We will be retiring Sunny, our last breeding female after this litter, so she can find her own-one-on one forever pet home. The other 2 adult moms went home after their last litters in 2023, and now will be time for Sunny to find her own family as Miss Christina retires.
Sunny is such a sweetheart and a perfect housepet! She never has accidents in our home, and she loves to snuggle on the couch while you watch TV!

(Here Christi was taking a puppy to a customer in California who came out to pick up her 1st Sunshine Beagle from NY at that time, a few yrs. later when she moved to take care of her dad in Sacramento , she couldnt come to us so she flew Christi out to help her get the new baby set up with her other sunshine beagle there in her dad’s home. )

we brought our beagle bloodline from the North West
after finding the show dogs, and companion pet beagle lines in Seattle when we lost a hunting bloodline beagle we had brought out with us, to be much more people oriented and less hunting instinct. We brought back some Companion Pet Champion offspring to the South, and selectively kept the best from over 30+yrs of breeding for Homebodies who just want to be with their family !

as the pups get their teeth in , Sunny spends less and less time in with them. Now we are adding warm Puppy Formula , mixed with some Eukanuba puppy canned food to give her a break LOL
to encourage her to stay in and let them nurse longer Miss C. hands her piece of Jerky treats Mocha’s adopting family sent to help us keep her going!

now on the bigger girl you can now see the black fur that was mixed in has been replaced by a brighter orange coloring, much like her smaller sis started out with
the bigger girl will have a black nose, and eyeliner around her eyes. The smaller orange girlie will have a mauve nose coloring.
we use Faulkner Animal Hospital in nearby Lancaster SC. our Vet is happy to do Health Certificates for folks wishing to ship their pup home on an airline at Charlotte Douglas International Airport.

Once the pups find homes and Sunny finds her future home we will only be doing Boarding for our customers going forward.

It’s like a family reunion when our beagles come back to visit us for Pampered Pet Visits ! orange girl “Roonie” stayed with us one summer while her owner was on safari in Africa !!

Maya visits often when her family travels, and growing up coming back to us helps instill good manners as they watch us go about our day patiently.
