Cricket's Litter has gone home now. Lauren met with Leslie from Saint Augustine Florida this week so she could adopt the tiny khaki mini cutie she hand raised for her Father in Law. He previously had a "Pocket Beagle" and this time wanted one of ours to be his companion and lap dog .
they wrote to send these cute pictures of him in the snow
saying he loves SNOW !!
To EAT !!!
Hello Christine it’s Robert Bishop up here in Madison Wisconsin it’s been a little over two years since I got brisket from you guys formally known as Max is the neatest thing that’s ever happened. he is with me almost 24 seven I take him to work He gets the run of the whole truck during the day And that way I’m able to take him for a couple of walks before and after lunch. I have been looking for a house for close to two years now and finally purchased the perfect one for the both of us it was a ranch with about 100 foot long backyard and you should see that little guy run we have a small tennis ball but is his favorite toy that he loves to chase but when he’s done he’s done. I make him some jerky out of pork tenderloin that he will do anything for. the picture I have sent his him licking his lips after a bite.
He is so friendly to every person a little cautious at first with other dogs there are only two for some reason he hates and gets protective when we see them. He doesn’t like to sit next to me in the chair or on the couch but he will sleep next to me in the bed I think he just feels the couch is too small he watches me as I move around constantly and he snores worse than I do. We have played tug-of-war with a pair of my dress socks since I got him and he is very very strong. Maybe a mistake using socks because whenever one falls out of my hands out of the dryer he is all over it and the Chase is on.
He has me all figured out and that has me wrapped around his little Paws.
We go on really long walks over the weekend and he just loves that good for me also. Has blue eyes have since turned a little green and brown but they are fascinating to everyone that sees him and he snorts like a little pig when were walking.
One thing he does that just cracks me up is when we get into the truck I give him a treat if I reach behind the seat to get another one maybe a better one before he has chewed up the first one he will drop it out of his mouth for the better one.
He is quite the woman magnet. girls see him and can’t resist petting him he gets all the attention , that’s OK he is a lot cuter.
You were right when you guys said you take the hunting out of them he could care less about squirrels and rabbits
he likes his food cooked and served up on a plate.
My vet also has a pet resort next to it that he loves going to I have taken pictures of them for their wall and all their dogs are very cute but he is by far the cutest. I guess I should stop bragging on him I wanted to write you guys sooner but I’ve been very busy at the restaurant I have managed to shave off a couple years so I can retire earlier and brisket and i will have quite a few years to spend all day together. Anyway got a run hope everything is well with your dogs and thanks for Brisky
they contacted us and told us about their home and family for him and their daughter who loves our website !
He was just what the family hoped to find and they took him off to enjoy their New year with a new family Member !!
they sent along some photos of him in their home and he looks very content .
we love seeing the Puppies raised at Sunshine South working out so well for their new families .
Frequent Boarding dog Reesey came to stay with us again while her family vacationed over the holidays
Reesey has come to stay with us for years growing up near us. We love having her she is such a good girlie and gets right into her own crate with the door left open cause she likes it , and it feels safe, and familiar .
she greets a pup about to be adopted in the office... then retires to her own crate/bed.
she goes in on her own and falls off to sleep in her own bed
she heads into her own crate when she wants a nap ...
"Blake" got a sheepskin bed we could tell their larger dog had gotten his scent and long hairs on to help the new kid get accustomed to
the new family even before he meets them all here in his first home. and a cute toy to share with littermates and play with then bring home too :) plus a chew bone, and some eukanuba puppy food we recommend to our customers adopting from us.
